Do you remember?
Many of you have probably already seen this one from the Great Maxine but it's just so damn funny and I needed a good chuckle. So I ask my blogger team mates, who's turn is it anyway? And are we out of duct tape yet?
Now sister, I know you are in boycott stage when it comes to posting here but hell........get over it already or I might send Dude over there to tie YOU up!

Dude Awakens...
I wandered aimlessly for weeks. I took walks and cold showers. I read magazines. I watched television. And yes, I even went so far as to take out my big 8 inches. Of course, I'm talking about my Meade 8" telescope that is. Shame on you for thinking otherwise! Without my computer up and running, I noticed a whole world out there that I totally forgot about! Not that that's a bad thing But, I'm back. I hope you all missed me as much as I missed all of you! Oh, BTW, I took that shot of Jupiter by holding my camera up to the lens of my telescope. Not too shabby,eh?

Gathering of the Vibes
Got me my tickets! This will be a very special Gathering, it being the 10th anniversary of Jerry Garcia's death and all. This Gene Anthony Photo is aptly entitled "The Beat Goes On". It is, by far, one of my most favorites! To see more of his amazing 60's photos, click on the pic!

Dude's got no Dude!
Once I crashed my hard drive and it was in the shop being dumped. I felt like I had a sick friend. Well, let's just say.......I had a sick friend! Dude's computer is in the shop so I've been trying to check in on him daily, just to be sure he is drinking plenty of fluids and getting his rest. So I'm just here today picking up the slack in his absence. Hoping for a quick diagnosis and positive prognosis.
