Calling all template experts!

I'm still working on this template and seem to be having a hard time finding the EXACT code to insert my stylesheet. It is CSS powered and uploaded to my server. Any help would be appreciated!

    If no one else is able to help let me know. I just ironed out a CSS issue but had some help from a Movable Type Guru.
